How about the heat dissipation for high power LED lighting products?
For our integrated LED chips, first the LED chip itself is of high quality, pure purple copper base with 99.9% purity golden wire, at least 3 year warranty. Secondly, we have designed patent heat sink for heat dissipation, to make sure the heat generated by LED chips can be brought out quickly, to ensure the heat sink body temperature under 58℃, to en-long LED chip lifespan.
What is the relationship between LED temperature and it’s lifespan, also luminous flux?
When the LED chips temperature bring down 10℃, the lifespan will be en-long one time, the luminous flux will 3-8% more.
How to connect the LED chips and the aluminum heat sink? And what is the heat conductivity?
We will use Dow corning brand thermal grease between LED chip base and heat sink, to make the heat transmission more quickly, as there are lots of gap on the heat sink, thermal grease will make it more smooth, the heat dissipation will be more efficient. Dow corning heat conductivity reach 6W/MK, much better than other brand thermal grease.
For your products do you have any certifications?
We have CE, Rohs, FCC, CQC.,etc.
For LED chips, you have 20/30/40/50W per pieces, why not to use one power for all LED street light? And which power is more cost effective? If this power is cost effective, why not use it for all street light?
Our LED street light product series are wide, different LED street light the power is different. In order to match different LED street light, we need to use different power chips. Take example: if we need to produce 100W LED street light, we can’t use 100W integrated LED chips, for it require very high heat dissipation, also over heat will shorten lifespan for light source. Normally we will use 50W LED chips two pieces to get 100W LED street light.
The comparison between die-casting aluminum and extrusion heat sink.
Extrusion aluminum alloy heat sink will have much better heat conductivity than die-casting aluminum alloy. What’s more, some factory will use wasted aluminum alloy for the body of die-casting, this will much bring down the heat dissipation, and shorten lifespan for LED lamps.
For your company LED street light, LED high mast light, LED tunnel light, the installation angle is adjustable or not? How many degree?
Some of our LED street light head is fixed, and can’t be adjusted. Some can be adjusted, the angle is 0°10°20°30°
Can we put our own logo or brand name on the products?
Yes we can put clients logo or brand name on it, almost all our products are OEM oriented.

Yes, we can produce photocell LED street light, this is like add an extra switch on the street light, it detect day light automatically, it will light up when dusk, off when dawn.
Except photocell LED street light, we can produce radar sensor street light, infrared sensor street light, digital camera street light, zigbee and Dali system LED street light, Dimmable LED street light, to save more and more power.
