An introduction of LED street light

1. Divided by LED street light pole height, there will be

High mast/pole LED street light, lamp pole is >20 meters,

Middle height LED street light, lamp pole is 15-20 meters,

Normal street lighting, lamp pole 6/8/10/12 meters,

Courtyard LED street light, lamp pole <4 meters, normally we have 2.5/3.5/3.8/4 meters. The most typical LED courtyard street lighting is 3.5 meters,

LED lawn light, or called Garden light, it is 0.4/0.6/0.8, most typical is 0.6 meters.

1. Divided by material, there will be die-casting iron LED street light; steel LED street light, stainless steel LED street light, Porcelain and wood LED street light.

Die-casting Lamp pole is too heavy, also easy rust.

1. Divided by surface treatment, there will be hot galvanize street light, electroplating street light, etc.
2. Divided by appearance, there will be Great China street light, Antique street light, landscape street light, single/double/multiple arm street light.
3. Divided by power supply, there will be city power street light, solar power street light, wind-solar street light.,etc.

 

For high mast/pole street light, it is always equipped with a elevator. The whole set of street lighting can be descended onto ground, for maintenance. Normally LED street lamp pole is made from Q235A low carbon steel, with acid wash, hot galvanizing treatment, powder coating, we guarantee 20 year no rust or corrosion.

LED street light Layout for normal street lighting and high mast lighting

For normal street light: One side install; double side lighting symmetrically; double side lighting interlaced; middle side symmetrically lighting to road; horizontal suspending lighting(only in Thailand).,etc.

For high mast lamp, it is for large area lighting, over 20 meters. Normally the bigger area, need smaller beam angle lamp, in this situation, it is LED street light, but can be called LED flood light.
